**The Opportunity**
U-Go Mobility are looking for a Network Scheduler/Planner - who are looking for a supportive working environment that will grow their skills while opening doors to the bus operations industry.
**Purpose**:
The Network Scheduler/Planner is responsible for working with Head of Network Planning to plan, schedule and roster our public transport networks, while adhering to the guidelines given by Transport NSW to ensure our services are delivered safely and on time. This role liaises with our client Transport NSW and co-ordinates with our Service Delivery teams to drive positive public transport outcomes and network efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities and tasks**:
- Scheduling and rostering our Public Transport networks in HASTUS using consistent methodology in line with the U-Go Mobility values.
- Ensuring network performance issues are identified and rectified in a timely manner.
- Review network routes and timetable design to maximize patronage using data driven methodology.
- Delivery of the planning annual plan.
- Assistance in production of network planning and scheduling tender documentation.
- Keeping up to date with HASTUS technology.
- Contribute to negotiating positive Public Transport outcomes with client stakeholders and operational teams.
**Knowledge and Skills Requirements**:
**Essential**:
- At least one year experience using HASTUS scheduling programming.
- Ability to operate simultaneously within a team.
- Be willing to communicate with various stakeholders both internal and external to U-Go Mobility.

**Key Safety Responsibilities**:

Ensure that you and any guests to any company premises understand emergency and evacuation arrangements.
Ensure your working environment is maintained in a safe and tidy condition. To act proactively in identifying and any unsafe practices or safety risks in the organization and reporting these through the appropriate channels.
Ensure adherence to all relevant company and U-Go Mobility group company policies and procedures.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
