**The Role**
We’re after a creative powerhouse who can ideate, plan, shoot, edit, caption, schedule, and post engaging, high-quality content that connects with our audience of tradies, suppliers, and industry professionals. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll be responsible for producing both short-form and long-form content across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Ideation & Strategy** - Develop creative concepts for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- **Shooting & Editing** - Capture high-quality video and photos on-site and in-studio, then edit using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Lightroom).
- **Graphic Design** - Create eye-catching graphics, animations, and branded assets for social media, ads, and website content.
- **Social Media Management** - Write compelling captions, schedule posts, and engage with our community across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- **Content Scheduling & Publishing** - Manage and execute a posting schedule using scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite).
- **Cross-Platform Adaptation** - Optimise content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- **Collaboration & Communication** - Work closely with our marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align content with brand goals.
- **Data & Performance Tracking** - Analyse content performance, adjust strategies, and optimise future content based on engagement metrics.

**What You Need**
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and video editing.
- Proficiency in:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
- Final Cut Pro and other video editing software.
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later).
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to produce high-quality video, photography, and graphic design content.
- Ability to think outside the box and create viral, engaging content tailored to our audience.
- Strong storytelling skills, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines.
- A passion for digital content, social media trends, and community-driven storytelling.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $114,440.54 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
