Are you a hands-on Salesforce expert looking to make an impact across marketing, investor engagement, and business operations?

We are seeking a Salesforce Specialist to own the day-to-day administration, support, and enhancement of Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement). This role combines BAU support, stakeholder engagement, and small-scale enhancements, giving you the opportunity to drive CRM improvements and innovation across the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Administer and optimise Salesforce CRM and Pardot systems, ensuring smooth performance and data accuracy
  • Build and manage objects, reports, dashboards, and Excel-based analytics to support business reporting and campaigns
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements
  • Manage email and marketing automation workflows within Pardot
  • Collaborate across marketing, corporate affairs, investor relations, and operations
  • Participate in weekly meetings to prioritise requests and track progress
  • Handle basic troubleshooting and coordinate with external partners when needed

About You:

  • Experience in Salesforce administration, ideally within financial services, asset management, or a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot (Account Engagement) or Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting, automation (Flows), and stakeholder engagement
  • Comfortable creating reports, manipulating data in Salesforce and Excel
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a curious mind
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience supporting BAU Salesforce operations and delivering small projects
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud) highly regarded
  • Understanding of data security principles
