About the position:

The Training Manager leads the design, development and delivery of training activities, learning programs and instructional materials to ensure the effective implementation and adoption of Digital Transformation change initiatives across the Parliament of NSW. The role also provides expert professional advice to senior stakeholders on the readiness of key users and other stakeholders on the implementation and utilisation of a new platform.

In this instance, the Training Manager will support the roll-out of the Parliament's new ERP solution.

Based in NSW Parliament, the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is a specialist service department working to support the operation of the Parliament of NSW by providing logistical support and advice to members, the Departments of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly and the people of New South Wales. About you

You have previously developed and delivered training materials and programs for technology projects and are ready to own the process for the Parliament's ERP Program. Your communication and training skills are outstanding, and you are able to self-organise and work independently to project deadlines.
