About the position (Temporary full-time for up to 12 months)

We are seeking a Senior Business Readiness & Change Lead to drive the business-side delivery of this major transformation.

Reporting jointly to the Director, Finance & Governance and the Director, People, Property & Security, you will lead the integration, communication and business-readiness activities that will ensure staff, systems and processes are aligned for ERP go-live and sustainable adoption.

You will:

  • Lead the delivery of the ERP business-readiness and change plan, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination and readiness reporting.
  • Translate the approved service-catalogue and process-design outcomes into practical, operational service models across Finance and HR.
  • Coordinate testing feedback, issue resolution and transition activities with business areas and the Digital Transformation team.
  • Develop and maintain readiness dashboards, communications schedules and benefits-tracking tools.
  • Partner with Finance, HR and Digital leaders to ensure end-to-end service alignment and effective change delivery.

DPS is embarking on an exciting whole-of-Parliament ERP transformation, introducing new SAP-based HR and Oracle Finance systems that will modernise how we work, connect data, and deliver services.

  • A solid understanding of finance and HR service delivery models and how technology enables them.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication and project delivery, with the ability to turn strategy into action.
  • A confident, calm approach to working in fast-paced transformation projects.
