Senior
HR Advisor
to partner with management and employees across Australia, delivering best practice HR services and driving initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture.
This role can be based at any of our Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth MEDLOG Depots.
About the role:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in:
- Providing expert HR advice, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees.
- Managing and supporting employee relations, performance management, and grievance processes.
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies, procedures, and compliance with legislation.
- Assist with delivering training, inductions, and HR education programs.
- Supporting compliance with the Fair Work Act, Awards, and EBAs.
What we're looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, law or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years' experience in a HR generalist role working with blue collar.
- Strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage conflict and provide pragmatic, business-focused HR solutions.
- High attention to detail and confidence working autonomously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to deliver training sessions.
