We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our People & Culture (P&C) Division where you'll play a critical role in shaping a high-performing, compliant, and values-driven workplace.
This role isn't just about policy – it's about people, performance, and proactive problem-solving. You'll support a diverse portfolio and influence leaders at all levels, driving initiatives that create real impact.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on ER and IR matters
Manage performance, investigations, grievance resolution, and Union engagement
Lead strategic HR initiatives, policy development and compliance reviews
Deliver insightful HR reporting and workforce analytics
Partner with stakeholders to embed a strong, values-aligned culture
What You'll Bring
- Degree in HR, IR, or related field
- 4+ years' HR experience, ideally in complex ER/IR environments
- Deep understanding of Fair Work, EBAs and Modern Awards
- Strong influencing, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage risk, balance priorities and make confident decisions
- A proactive, collaborative, and resilient mindset
