Our client is the trusted leader in building the workforce of the future for the clay brick and concrete masonry industry. We provide recruitment, training, and employment support to apprentices, employers, training providers, and government agencies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build Networks – Develop new relationships with employers and providers to expand opportunities.
- Educate & Promote – Deliver presentations, attend events, and promote bricklaying as a career choice.
- Manage CRM & Reporting – Keep accurate records and track your progress.
What We're Looking For
A positive, proactive attitude with strong sales and account management experience.
Experience in Group Training, vocational education & Training and recruitment sector
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Melbourne Metro and Regional Victoria.
Bonus Points If You Have:
� Knowledge of the construction or bricklaying industry.
� Understanding of apprenticeship systems or migration processes.
