What You'll Be Doing

  • Build Networks – Develop new relationships with employers and providers to expand opportunities.
  • Educate & Promote – Deliver presentations, attend events, and promote bricklaying as a career choice.
  • Manage CRM & Reporting – Keep accurate records and track your progress.

What We're Looking For

A positive, proactive attitude with strong sales and account management experience.

Experience in Group Training, vocational education & Training and recruitment sector

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Melbourne Metro and Regional Victoria.

Bonus Points If You Have:

� Knowledge of the construction or bricklaying industry.

� Understanding of apprenticeship systems or migration processes.
