We are seeking a proactive and organized Facilities Administrator to join our HUB Team in Mount Gravatt. In this entry level role, you will provide administrative support to our Facilities Coordinators and Management team.  The focus on finance, property, and operational management. This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

About the role:

  • Assist customers and tenants on using the tenant platform through phone support
  • Coordinate service and facilities team in response to customer requests
  • Conduct account administration, lodge work requests and purchase orders
  • Maintain records in our system and support the FMs onsite
  • Ensure service providers meet contractual obligations

About you:

  • Previous administration experience with a high level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Property Administration is highly advantageous
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to thrive in a busy environment
  • Superior communication skills to build strong working relationships
  • Positive attitude and flexible approach to work
