To support our continuous growth, a new role of
Sales Administrator
has been created to assist the Spare Parts Sales Team in the smooth running of support to customers, both for manufactured and agency products, ensuring ongoing after sales support.

About the role:

Reporting to the Spare Parts Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in assisting the spare parts sales team to sell part solutions for all Heat and Control manufactured and agency product lines. You will provide valuable administrative support to the spare parts team to achieve annual sales budgets. This will include:

  • Maintain an efficient and orderly record keeping system of all customer enquiries and sales.
  • Raise all necessary documentation, stores requisitions and purchase orders to supply parts required.
  • Assist with all spare part orders, shipments and back orders.

This is a great growth opportunity for someone looking to move into sales as the opportunity exists to progress into providing spare part solutions for all Heat and Control manufactured and agency product lines.

About you:

To be successful, you will have:

  • Some experience in the sale of, or administration of, spare parts in medium-to-light manufacturing.
  • Prior experience in an engineering/spare parts industry advantageous.
  • Mechanical qualifications advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn beyond specific position responsibilities.
  • A high level of computer literacy in spreadsheeting, databases and word applications is essential.
  • SAP experience will be highly regarded.
  • High attention to detail.
