We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused Assistant Night Manager to join our Front Office team. This full-time position operates on a 5-day night shift roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exquisite 5 Star customer service on guest arrival, departure and phone enquiries
  • Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure
  • Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk
  • Maintain open, respectful communication with Team Members, ensuring messages are accurate and passed on promptly
  • Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external), redirect to departments as required
  • Embody an ownership mindset bymaintaining a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates
  • Conduct a daily hotel audit including balance of revenue and payments from all hotel outlets, taking pride in the detail.
  • Create enriching experiences for our guests by ensuring they are welcomed and served in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Reception & Concierge duties including check-in, check-out, & valet parking
  • Preparation and delivery of In Suite Dining orders after hours
  • Maintaining hotel security and safety

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Passion for Guest Service and a desire to work in a five star luxury boutique hotel
  • Be confident and empathic when dealing with all guests
  • Previous experience working in a Front Office Guest Services role is an advantage
  • Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
  • The ability to work 5 nights across 7 days
  • Organised and proactive, with a focus on adding value to your team.
  • Confidence in using hotel-based computer systems
  • Proven ability to maintain Grace under pressure
