Are you a night owl with a passion for numbers and guest service? At Amora Hotel Brisbane, we're looking for a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.

Located in the heart of the CBD, our recently revitalised 5-star hotel features 296 guest rooms, multiple dining venues, and premium conferencing facilities. We pride ourselves on meaningful guest experiences and creating a culture where our people can grow.

About the Role

As Night Auditor, you'll oversee nightly hotel operations, reconcile and balance daily financials, and prepare management reports. You'll also support overnight guest needs, including in-room dining, and ensure a smooth handover into the next day.

This is an overnight position, typically rostered 11:00pm – 7:00am, 5 shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and balance hotel transactions and revenue
  • Prepare and distribute nightly audit and financial reports
  • Provide friendly, prompt service for late-night guest needs
  • Assist with overnight check-ins, check-outs, and in-room dining
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness for morning operations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in hotel front office or night audit roles
  • Strong Excel skills; Opera Cloud highly regarded
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Confident communicator with a guest-first mindset
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays

Highly Regarded

  • Opera Cloud experience
  • RSA, First Aid & CPR certification
