About the role
We are seeking experienced Pharmacy Assistants Level 2 or Level 3 to join our team at Goodna Day and Night Pharmacy in Goodna, QLD. We have full-time and part-time roles that will see you playing a key supporting role within our busy pharmacy. You will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our pharmacy operations, assisting our qualified pharmacists with a range of duties.
What you'll be doing
- Providing excellent customer service and assistance to our patients
- Handling and processing medication and pharmacy stock in an accurate and compliant manner
- Assisting with the fulfilment of prescriptions and over-the-counter medication sales
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organisation within the pharmacy
- Supporting the pharmacists with administrative and operational tasks as required
- Adhering to all relevant pharmacy policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience as a Pharmacy Assistant, ideally at Level 2 or higher
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with patients and the pharmacy team
- Proficient in the use of pharmacy computer systems and technology
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
- Available weekends and some nights
