Membership Consultant

• Lead Generation and Servicing: Proactively source and follow up on new business leads. Service digital leads following best practice, offering outstanding service over the phone and in person. 

• Sales and Closing: Confidently conduct club tours, present membership options, and close sales.

• Referral Mastery: Actively obtain and convert POS referrals.

• Community Engagement:Create brand awareness through local outreach and B2B connections.

• Customer Service:Handle membership enquiries via phone, email, and social media. You must love calling and speaking to people, establishing connections and conducting needs analysis. 

• Social Media and Marketing: Assist in creating engaging content to drive interest. You must love being in front of the camera and enjoy building an online community. 

• Administration and Organisation: Be diligent at following club policies, procedures and processes, ensuring compliance across the board. Support reception with admin, POS retail, and general club tasks as required.

Admin Manager

• Member Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Payment Management: Monitor and manage overdue payments, working with members to find suitable solutions to ensure they can continue enjoying our facilities.

• Cancellations: Process membership cancellations efficiently, adhering to our policies and providing necessary information to departing members.

• Complaint Resolution: Handle member complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to find swift and satisfactory resolutions.

• Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and capable of delivering top-notch service.

• Data Analysis: Utilise data and member feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and create action plans for enhancing the member experience.

• Member Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

• Policy Adherence: Ensure that all customer service policies and procedures are adhered to by your team and the gym's members.

Personal Trainer

• Operate as a subcontractor, creating your own hours and managing your own clientele under a rental agreement.

• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions. 

• Help members achieve their health and fitness goals through tailored coaching and support. 

• Conduct client check-ins and progress coaching. 

• Must have a valid ABN for your business & Certificate III in Fitness.  

• Must carry Public Liability Insurance & hold General Liability Insurance.

Reformer Pilates Instructors

• Lead dynamic and engaging Reformer Pilates classes in our dedicated space

• Modify movements for varying levels and provide individualised attention where needed

• Foster a welcoming, supportive environment that keeps members coming back

• Assist with occasional studio events or community engagement activities

Applicants must have:

• Exceptional communications & customer service
• Experience in working to KPI's
• Exceptional phone manner & admin skills
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Sales role (membership consultant role)
• Experience in lead generation & B2B (membership consultant role)
• Flexible full time working hours
• Ability to lead & support a team
• A positive and energetic personality
• Must be passionate about health and fitness
• First Aid & CPR
• Police Check & Working with Children Check (preferred)
