About the Role

Provide company with exclusive sales/marketing services

Achieving and exceeding of sales targets

Generate & manage Leads in Pipedrive CRM system proactively

Networking with land developers and agents

Ensure the display home and sales office is always professionally presentable

Manage the opening and closing of the display home

A proven sales track record within land sales or house building

Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI's

Good negotiation experience being able to sell house designs, based on customers budget, design and guidelines

About You

Must have Previous experience in a fast-paced Sales role, ideally within the Residential Real Estate, Building or Land Developer industry.

You are a person that is hungry and driven to succeed

Customer focused

Be reliable, self-motivated, and able to provide a high standard of customer service

Not essentia but construction knowledge would be a bonus

Available to work on weekends

Possess excellent communication and presentation skills

A current driver's license

- 8 hour shift

- Woodhill, QLD 4285: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
