We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Administration person to join our passionate team.

Position Overview:

As an Admin at Conquer Fitness, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, Supplement Sales and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the gym. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, organisational skills, and a passion for fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, as other services.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members and address their inquiries.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed membership goals.
  • Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of gym programs, promotions, and services.
  • general admin duties including but not limited too answering the phone, responding to emails, greeting clients.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for members and visitors.
  • Address and resolve any member concerns or complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an admin role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, Efficiently managing multiple tasks and prioritising responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and Being consistently on time and reliable in performing job duties.
  • Attitude: A positive, enthusiastic, and client-focused mindset with a genuine passion for fitness.
