What We're Looking For

We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with:

  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, assist with information flow, plan workloads, and deliver an exceptional service experience.
  • Administration Experience: Experience in data input, phone call management, organisational and structured.
  • Team Member: Ability to work well with a team of Administration staff, Office Manager, General Manager, Service Manager and other administration staff. We strongly encourage a healthy happy work environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Competence in IT systems, phones and email communication. Preference for someone with experience with Signature Software.
  • Mental Fitness: Fit mindset, agile approach and ready to deal with the everyday work environment, good sense of humour and ability to role with the team and workload.

What You'll Do

  • Main point of contact with answering the phone calls, taking messages and logging in service calls.
  • Data entry of completed service and clean sheets. Creating sheets for the service techs.
  • Scanning, filing, photocopying, and other office duties.
