About the Role
As a Client Manager, you'll be the strategic partner for a portfolio of clients and the leader of a talented bookkeeping team. You'll ensure accurate reporting, deliver actionable insights, and create a seamless experience that helps businesses thrive.

What You'll Do
- Build strong client relationships and understand their goals
- Lead and mentor an offshore bookkeeping team to deliver exceptional bookkeeping services
- Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, AP/AR, and general ledger
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and forecasts
- Drive process improvements and elevate client outcomes
What You Bring
- 5+ years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong knowledge of Xero and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear, confident communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven leadership experience
