The Firm.

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Client Manager to join their close-knit team at their conveniently located firm close to Train, Light rail and the Metro line. This is a permanent role with the opportunity for remote flexibility after the probationary period. The Position

You will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

  • You won't just supervise; you'll be a
    Transformational Leader, fostering an environment where staff thrive and excel.
  • You will be the vital link between the organization and their clients, ensuring deep understanding, exceptional service, and mutual growth.
  • You will maintain an acute focus on key operational metrics to ensure efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and optimal resource allocation.
  • Proactively manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) and Debtors portfolios.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business services and tax accounting (essential)
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • CA/CPA qualification (Preferred) or currently working towards certification (highly regarded)
