We are currently seeking a dynamic Client Service Manager, Unlisted to join our dedicated Unlisted Services team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of unlisted fund clients, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, overseeing registry services and investor-related projects.
  • Ensure client registers are accurately managed using our internal registry system.
  • Lead regular client meetings to review service delivery, investor activity, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting in line with SLAs, ensuring consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, Payments, and other internal stakeholders to meet client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to training, development, and process enhancement within the team.
  • Support a high-performance team culture and foster cross-functional collaboration.

About You

  • Proven experience in client services, fund administration, or financial services (ideally in unlisted or managed funds)
  • Strong understanding of registry operations and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • A problem-solver with a positive, proactive approach
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to support and develop colleagues
