We are currently seeking a dynamic Client Service Manager, Unlisted to join our dedicated Unlisted Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of unlisted fund clients, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, overseeing registry services and investor-related projects.
- Ensure client registers are accurately managed using our internal registry system.
- Lead regular client meetings to review service delivery, investor activity, and upcoming initiatives.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting in line with SLAs, ensuring consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, Payments, and other internal stakeholders to meet client needs.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to training, development, and process enhancement within the team.
- Support a high-performance team culture and foster cross-functional collaboration.
About You
- Proven experience in client services, fund administration, or financial services (ideally in unlisted or managed funds)
- Strong understanding of registry operations and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- A problem-solver with a positive, proactive approach
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to support and develop colleagues
