We're looking at expanding our well-established team with new and exciting Sales Specialists You'll help travellers from around the world plan their most memorable trips by helping them with helpful hints and tips, and best of giving them a 5* customer experience

Who are we?

RatPack Travel is revolutionising the travel experience. We are changing the game.

Founded in 2016 and owned by two cousins from Manchester in the UK. We believe in training the team so they can work anywhere but treating them well enough so they do not leave.

We operate out of Byron Bay and provide first-hand advice from specialists who have travelled through Australia and New Zealand.

Our personalised booking platform offers the best service on the market when it comes to booking camper vans. We pride ourselves on being personal and effective to make sure our customers get the best service.

What's the role?

This is a full-time on-site role based in Byron Bay, NSW, for a Sales Specialist. You will be responsible for walking the customer through the whole booking process, ticking all the boxes and then ultimately making sure the best van for the customer is booked.

You will work with the customer throughout the whole sales cycle from start to finish, making the whole process as personalised as possible to suit the customer's needs.

We have a full aftercare team that helps keep the admin side as smooth as possible for you to focus on sales.

. Think on your feet to potential objections

. Provide a super personalised service to every customer (Get that 5* review)

. Close multiple sales per day

. Think outside the box Get creative to provide solutions to customers

. Pride yourself on running your own work desk and hitting your own targets
