Equipment Sales Specialist

Coreserve Managed Solutions is one of the country's leading facility service providers. Among our Brands is Commercial Laundry Appliances, a business which has been operating for 30 years servicing and supplying commercial laundry equipment to the Government and Commercial Sectors.
As the Australian importer and distributor of LG commercial laundry, we seek an experienced telesales professional to provide equipment quotes primarily for our commercial laundry customers. We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team.
Your primary role will be to drive sales, developing relationships with clients and identifying their needs to provide them with appropriate equipment solutions. As an Equipment Sales Specialist, you will be expected to have a thorough understanding of our equipment inventory, be able to present our products in a professional manner, and effectively close sales. Your goal will be to increase profitability and effectiveness by maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should possess the qualifications and skills that align with the job role, such as:
• Product knowledge to provide information on the specifications and functions of the equipment to potential customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Negotiation skills to finalize deals that satisfy both the customer and the organization.
• Sales skills to effectively promote and sell the equipment to potential buyers.
• Customer service skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing after-sales support when necessary.
• Problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Technical understanding to troubleshoot issues and provide technical advice to customers.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple customers, orders, and shipments efficiently.
• Experience of commercial equipment sales.
Their duties and responsibilities include:
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable commercial refrigeration and catering equipment
• Preparing and providing quotations of commercial refrigeration and catering equipment to customers
• Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals
• Maintaining a database of clients and sales activities
• Resolving customer complaints and addressing their concerns
• Working closely with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by management
