We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our award-winning team in an end-to-end Recruitment role.

**About the role**:

- Play a crucial role in our growth by recruiting top talent for our National Sales teams
- ** Assess and Engage Applicants**: Brief junior sales applicants nationwide on the opportunity to join our team.
- ** Coordinate Interviews**: Schedule and confirm group and individual interviews, ensuring smooth attendance.
- ** Maintain Communication**: Regularly update hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- ** Innovate in Recruitment**: Develop creative and effective employment advertising and innovative talent sourcing strategies.

**About You**:

- ** Experience**: Previous experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role OR a background in B2C, field, direct, or telesales with an interest in recruitment.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Intermediate skills in Excel and Google Suite.
- ** Skills**: Confidence, drive, resilience, and excellent communication abilities.
- ** Ownership**: A strong sense of responsibility, ensuring you meet the recruitment needs of your managers.
- ** Proactive**: High attention to detail and a proactive approach to securing hires.
