We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our Wynyard, Sydney CBD clinic on a full-time basis.

About the opportunity:

As a Receptionistyou'll be benefiting from exceptional development opportunities to take you as far as you want to go;

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
  • Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
  • Supporting the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice

Who we're looking for?

  • Available to work Monday to Friday in a brand-new Mental Health clinic
  • Previous receptionist experience in a psychology or medical clinic is desirable
  • Studying or have studied Bachelor of Psychology will be highly regarded
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and service innovation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
