Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Medical Receptionist, located in Sydney, NSW. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and performing general receptionist duties. The role also involves using medical terminology and managing the medical office's administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming and efficient experience for patients and their families.

  • Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
  • Phone Etiquette and handling calls professionally
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Experience working in a Medical Office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using office and medical software
