As our clinic grows, we're seeking a confident, capable Beauty Therapist/Receptionist to join our team—supporting both treatment delivery and daily operations.

About the Role

This is a dual position for someone who is equally passionate about skincare and client care. You'll be responsible for performing tailored skin treatments (training provided), supporting skincare consultations, and managing front-of-house duties. From welcoming clients to maintaining treatment rooms and assisting with skincare prescriptions, you'll play a key role in delivering an elevated experience at every step.

Key Responsibilities

Skin Therapy & Support:


• Perform facial and skin treatments in line with clinic protocols (training provided)


• Provide skincare advice and product recommendations tailored to client concerns


• Conduct skin consultations and ongoing treatment reviews


• Maintain clinical hygiene and readiness across treatment rooms

Reception & Client Experience:


• Greet clients, manage bookings, and assist with intake and post-treatment care


• Support day-to-day front desk operations with warmth and professionalism


• Ensure seamless client flow from consultation to checkout


• Guide clients through their treatment journey with confidence and care

Clinic Operations & Standards:


• Prepare and maintain treatment spaces in line with clinical and hygiene standards


• Manage skincare stock, treatment supplies, and visual merchandising


• Ensure documentation, protocols, and pre/post-care processes are followed


• Contribute to the smooth, compliant, and luxurious running of the clinic

What We're Looking For


• Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist with experience in skin treatments


• Warm, professional communicator who takes initiative


• Passionate about skin health, education, and premium skincare


• Detail-oriented and comfortable supporting both treatment and reception duties


• Previous experience in a medispa or skin clinic is highly regarded
