The Opportunity
• We are expanding our Business Development Team and looking for motivated, confident, and results-driven individuals to join us as Business Development Representatives.
• In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Australian businesses, introducing our services, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for our Business Development Managers.
• If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive on building relationships with decision-makers, this is an excellent opportunity to launch or grow your career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to new and existing prospects, including warm and retention leads.
• Introduce Energy Action's solutions and qualify business energy needs.
• Set appointments for Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
• Update CRM records accurately and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly KPIs.
• Deliver a professional and engaging experience on every call.
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence.
• High attention to detail and strong CRM discipline.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused.
• Ability to build rapport with people from all backgrounds.
• Experience in the energy or professional services sector is an advantage.

Compensation
- Base: $65,000 + Superannuation
- Commission: $40,000
- Expected OTE: $105,000
