About the Opportunity
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Operator to join our Southport team — with a clear development pathway into our Client Solutions Department.
You'll start by learning the ropes alongside our experienced operators and Client Solution Specialists, gaining hands-on training in our systems, products, and processes. Once you've mastered the foundations, you'll transition into a Client Solutions Specialist role, where you'll take on more responsibility and play a key part in helping clients find the right financial solutions.
What You'll Do
In your initial role as a Customer Support Operator, you'll:
- Handle incoming client enquiries via phone, email, and our online portal.
- Assist clients with repayments, account updates, and general queries.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate client records.
- Manage multiple inboxes and provide support across departments.
As you grow into the Client Solutions Specialist role, you'll:
- Consult with clients to assess their financial situation.
- Recommend tailored debt management or loan solutions.
- Prepare proposals and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Deliver empathetic, outcome-focused support to help clients regain control of their finances.
About You
You're someone who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing meaningful work.
You'll bring:

- Excellent communication skills — confident on the phone and professional in writing.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Comfort with computer systems and digital tools.

Experience in finance, customer service, or debt management will be highly regarded — especially if you've worked in:
- Finance Broking / Credit Approvals
- Debt Agreements (Informal or Part IX)
- Insolvency or Hardship Solutions
- Debt Collections
