This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same — you'll be the go-to person for real-time support, stepping in with quick solutions when disruptions arise, especially during weekends and early mornings. If you thrive on delivering exceptional service, think on your feet, and want to be part of a trusted inbound operator that puts advisors and travelers first, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for travelers while they are in New Zealand & Australia
  • Solve disruptions quickly (flight delays, weather, supplier issues).
  • Communicate clearly with advisors & clients.
  • Coordinate rebooking's and work with suppliers.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in travel operations (wholesale/inbound/DMC preferred).
  • Calm, confident problem-solver with clear communication.
  • Excellent knowledge of New Zealand.
  • Comfortable working remotely.

Hours of Work:

  • Thursday to Monday, 10.00am - 6.00pm AU time
