About the role

We are seeking experienced Tower Crane Operators, Dogmen and Hoist Operators to join our team in Southport, Queensland on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading construction equipment provider, Boland Cranes Pty Ltd, and be a part of their dynamic and growing operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely and efficiently operating various tower cranes on construction sites
  2. Performing dogman duties to guide crane loads and oversee safe lifting operations
  3. Operating hoisting equipment to move materials and equipment on site
  4. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
  5. Collaborating with the site team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards

What we're looking for

  1. Formal qualifications and/or extensive experience in operating tower cranes, as a dogman, and/or as a hoist operator
  2. Strong safety focus and commitment to best practice in construction site operations
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Willingness to work casual hours as required
