
Customer Support Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by leveraging your strong technical skills and ability to diagnose problems efficiently.
- **Salesforce Management**: Utilize Salesforce to log customer interactions, track issues, and maintain detailed records of customer communications.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel by preparing, editing, and managing reports, documentation, and process improvement plans.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Work collaboratively with team members to identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and overall customer experience.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- **Customer Service Expertise**: Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally as a Customer Support Officer, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through effective solutions.
- **Salesforce Experience**: Familiarity with using Salesforce to manage customer relationships and support operations.
- **MS Word & Excel Mastery**: Highly proficient in using MS Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically, resolve issues quickly, and adapt to evolving customer needs in a dynamic environment.
