Advanced Dermatology is looking for an exceptional Customer Service/Reception Specialist who has the ability to act as an ambassador for the Advanced Dermatology brand.

With 4 CLINICS & GROWING, this position is based at our Gold Coast location (with opportunity to work the Brisbane clinic as well 1 day per week if desired).

Thousands of patients have been trusting our nurses, doctors and therapists to provide their aesthetic treatments for over 18 years.

We are all dedicated to providing 5 STAR customer service with each and every client.

Our contact centre is being established to support our brand's growth and long standing customer commitment to 5-STAR service. We are looking for someone with demonstrable customer service experience who can take our approach to customer service to the next level. Ideally, you'd have at least 1 year experience in a customer service or receptionist position.

As a Customer Service Specialist with Advanced Dermatology you will:

Be exposed to the fascinating world of Cosmetics and Medical Aesthetics

Learn about all of our treatment offerings and skincare brand

Share your love and expertise of aesthetics and the Advanced Dermatology brand with our customers

Respond to a high volume of calls and emails efficiently and professionally

Work autonomously to deliver 5 star customer service and delight our customers

You will assist customers with their treatment enquiries, appointment setting and converting prospective customers into clients. You'll keep tabs on your own performance with industry-leading performance reports.

As our brand grows, your role trajectory may be either team leadership in our  customer service department, a marketing or communications role, or if you have a desire to, a clinical role within the company.

You're warm, honest and genuine in the way you provide customer experience.

You have a neat-freak reputation

You're super experienced in handling feedback and complaints in a way that makes people go wow

You're comfortable communicating at all levels and you're authentic when you express yourself.

You get a kick out of identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and in converting prospective customers into clients.

To be successful in your application, you must possess the following:

At least 1 year experience in a customer service position

High standard of written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

Approachable, energetic and flexible in approach

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment

Tertiary qualifications in business or health disciplines is a plus but not essential.
