This is a great role for a Sales Operations professional to step in as the first dedicated Sales Ops hire and design the operational backbone - HubSpot rebuild, reporting frameworks, sales enablement and training - to support a fast-scaling team.

ROLE

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of sales operations and CRM, but this role is much bigger — you'll auditdesign and rebuild our HubSpot processes, set clear reporting and accountability frameworks, and deliver sales enablement programs that help agents perform at their best. From weekly sales meetings to implementing and designing new processes, you'll be the one translating sales strategy into operational reality."

YOU

  • 3-7 years' experience in Sales Ops, and/or Revenue Ops.
  • Experienced at setting up and designing operating systems and processes, and driving accountability to new ways of working.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot - confident with pipelines, workflows, reporting, dashboards.
  • Background in sales enablement - running training, scripting, objection-handling.
  • Comfortable balancing system build work with hands-on support for agents and leadership.
  • Clear communicator, strong organiser, and thrives in a growing business environment.
