Description

The Sales Operations role is responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the sales department.
  • Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to optimise sales processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements and improve service levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with supply chain teams to avoid disruptions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights based on sales data analysis.

Profile

A successful Sales Operations professional should have:

  • Experience working within the retail industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Power BI to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Relevant qualifications in business, sales, or a related field.

Job Offer
