About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director and part of the senior leadership team, the National Sales Manager will own the Australian sales strategy and drive performance across both direct and indirect channels.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be out in the field with your team and customers—strengthening relationships, building capability, and fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability and achievement.

Key priorities include:

  • Lifting sales performance through proactive coaching and field leadership
  • Building strong customer and dealer relationships to drive growth and retention
  • Developing data-led business cases and clear, actionable sales strategies
  • Driving consistent CRM use and disciplined pipeline management
  • Partnering across business functions to achieve national targets

The role offers a clear future pathway for an ambitious leader seeking broader commercial responsibility in the years ahead.

About You

You're an experienced sales leader with a strong record in B2B product sales—ideally within premium building products, cabinetry hardware, furnishings or related sectors. Perhaps you're already a National Sales Manager or a high-performing Regional Leader ready to take the next step.

You bring:

  • Proven experience leading and motivating sales teams to exceed results
  • Hands-on, energetic leadership style and presence in the field
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and analytical capability
  • Outstanding relationship-building and influencing skills
  • A genuine passion for quality products, teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Valid driver's licence and ability for regular interstate travel, with some international
