Our client is one of the most well regarded and respected businesses in the Australian drinks industry. They are currently in an exciting phase with the acquisition and distribution of new brands in addition to an established portfolio of high performing brands. As National Account Manager for Endeavour Group and Coles Liquor Group you will report to the Head of Retail Sales and play a pivotal role in driving ongoing and long term category (RTDs and Spirits) and sales growth.

You will be responsible for the development and execution of agreed business and promotional plans to achieve volume, share and profit objectives across the Endeavour and Coles accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual chain & nationals budgets in conjunction with Head of Retail Sales.
  • Deliver national customer sales budgets via annual Customer Business Plans.
  • Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for all national accounts.
  • Engage and work cross functionally with all key internal and external stakeholders to manage and implement national & state business plans.
  • Control and manage expenditure.
  • A&P management and review as per agreed framework.
  • Regular review and analysis of customer & group sales performance & business reviews.

Ideally You Bring The Following Attributes

  • Major retail channel account management experience.
  • Experience in customer management and delivering on business strategy.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and execute commercial NPD opportunities
  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of the impact on sales, profit and market share of funds invested.
  • Superior communication skills and experience presenting business plans to customers.
  • Relationship building and influencing skills both internally and externally.
  • Experience negotiating to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes.
  • A passion for RTDs & Spirits, emerging industry trends and insights
