Project Administrator – Chinchilla
Key Responsibilities
Project & Equipment Support
- Review timesheets for tracking and expenses.
- Assist with equipment logistics including pickups and drop-offs.
General Administration
- Support visitor onboarding and escorting.
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings.
- Manage office supplies, uniforms, and wellness initiatives.
- Provide recruitment and general admin support.
Bookkeeping & Financial Admin
- Handle accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliations.
- Support subcontractor onboarding and overhead job management.
Procurement & Inventory
- Act as backup to the Procurement Officer.
- Manage office inventory and critical equipment parts.
Client Engagement
- Maintain systems for insurance certificates and client onboarding.
- Coordinate client needs.
Job Management
- Review job safety documentation and invoices.
- Manage invoicing and job cost tracking for clients.
Admin Oversight & Events
- Provide support for sponsorship and event coordination.
Health & Safety Admin
- Monitor facility systems and report as needed.
About You
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- High proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office,and Excel.
- Experience in administration, bookkeeping, and procurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
