CELOTTI WORKFORCE has partnered with a well-established civil contractor to recruit a Project Administrator for their Sunshine Coast, QLD office. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering genuine flexibility and long-term stability.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction administration, contracts administration, or project support, who's seeking a stable and family-friendly position within the civil construction industry.

You'll play a key role in supporting project teams with administration, procurement, and documentation processes – perfect for those who enjoy staying close to the action without being on the tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple civil projects.
  • Assist with contracts administration tasks, including document preparation, tracking, and data entry.
  • Manage purchase orders and material requisitions in line with project requirements.
  • Complete take-offs for site works including water, sewer, and stormwater.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and information.
  • Maintain organised project records and support reporting requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in civil construction or contracts administration.
  • Strong understanding of site operations or project delivery.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and suppliers.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general admin systems.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
