About the Role

We're seeking a Project & Precontracts Administrator to join a close-knit, professional team based in beautiful Sunshine Coast.

This full time position offers long-term stability, career growth, and the chance to work alongside experienced leadership who genuinely value teamwork and professional development

You'll play a key role supporting daily project operations, tender coordination, and compliance processes — contributing to the ongoing success of civil and water infrastructure projects that make a real impact in the community.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Leads with scheduling, invoicing, document control, and reporting

  • Support WHS and QA processes, developing reports in line with ISO standards and legislative requirements

  • Prepare job packs, manage document control, and maintain archiving and closure documentation

  • Work with project leads to maintain accurate forecasts within Procore software

  • Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

About You

You're proactive, organised, and enjoy being the "go-to" person who keeps projects running smoothly. You bring initiative and flexibility, and you're comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

You'll also bring:

  • Proven project administration experience (ideally in civil construction or utilities)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to project management software 

  • A willingness to learn and adapt — ready to grow your career within a supportive team
