The Role:
The Client Partner role has ultimate responsibility for the agency's relationship and performance and, is a trusted advisor to the most senior level of the client's business, embracing an accountable consultancy mindset.
Experience
- Proven ability to shape and build a specific client growth plan and vision that galvanizes the team (both client and agency) around it.
- Ability to influence, guide and shape the team's product, culture and build a strong local market profile.
- Should possess strong leadership, empowerment, and people skills with a good balance of EQ and IQ.
- A team player as well as hands-on leader, leading the team from the front.
- Able to deal with complex client business and challenges with great people and client management skills.
- Broad and deep media knowledge and a natural curiosity and passion for marketing and brands, digital and performance marketing and, the power of data, identity (first party data, regulations), ultimately displaying an accountable consultancy mindset.
- Proven commercial acumen and financial responsibility.
- Strict alignment with our approach to advertising, applying the lens of ethics as well as effectiveness.
