Key Client Liaison

This role is a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in the client management segment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier service to a diverse portfolio of national clients. They will work closely with team members to implement strategies that focus on the growth and retention of the client portfolio.

This position involves managing key stakeholder relationships, enhancing the client experience, and identifying opportunities for growth and development within the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and development within the portfolio.
  • Mentorship and development of team members within the region.
  • Achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Actively contributing in branch and sales meetings.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated technical understanding of Commercial Insurance products.
  • Hold Tier 1 Qualifications in Insurance.
  • Excellent client relationship management capabilities.
  • Experience or interest in mentorship and/or team leadership.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant working experience.
  • Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Eye for detail and quality while working under pressure.
