You will be working for a BRW Fast 100, Deloitte Technology Fast 50, Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific and CRN top 50 Company who deals with fortune 500 Clients.

Broadband Solutions 100% Australian owned and is a corporate voice/data, managed services and cloud provider over the last 20 years.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships within an assigned portfolio of existing clients. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, maintaining service excellence, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer value.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with clients through regular calls and meetings, and are motivated by achieving and exceeding monthly KPIs. Your ability to present solutions, build reports, and gather market intelligence will be key to your success.

Please note: This role requires travel to meet clients and support account activities.

Position Salary: $80,000 + Super + Uncapped Comms (OTE $120,000+)

Key Responsibilities

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across your client portfolio.

·      Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries and service-related concerns.

·      Conduct regular account reviews and quarterly meetings with decision-makers.

·      Manage client expectations during service delivery, ensuring timely communication.

·      Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to increase account value.

·      Maintain or exceed revenue targets in line with monthly KPIs.

·      Gather market intelligence to support competitive positioning and strategic planning.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

About Your Experience & Skills

·      Previous experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing role.

·      Strong interest in telecommunications, including data and voice services.

·      Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI targets.

·      Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
