About the Opportunity

This is more than just a support role it's your gateway into the technical world of civil infrastructure. Join a high-performing team of six with deep subject expertise, where you'll be mentored and supported to grow your technical acumen while contributing to the delivery of impactful community projects. From footpaths to drainage, you'll gain hands-on exposure to a diverse range of projects and budgets, while ensuring the team is consistently supported through high-quality administrative coordination.

You will make an impact by

• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure projects, from initiation to completion.
• Managing documentation, financial tracking, and reporting to keep projects running smoothly.
• Conducting site inspections and managing small-scale works to build your technical confidence.
• Liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Driving process improvements and contributing to a culture of continuous enhancement.

What you will bring

• Strong attention to detail and proven administrative skills.
• Foundational understanding or experience in technical environments such as footpath, road, or drainage construction, and asset management.
• Confidence in tracking project budgets, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
• Technical acumen and a proactive approach to learning through hands-on exposure and mentoring.
• Ability to support both administrative and delivery functions across a consistent, collaborative team.
• Familiarity with project management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of contract and program administration, particularly in service delivery contexts like capital works.
