The Role
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager with 5+ or more years' experience in a similar role to drive growth, lead a high-performing team, and shape the future of our well-established organisation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial optimisation across regions within your responsibility aligned with sales strategy and company profitability goals to maximise revenue
- Ensure you and the sales team adheres to corporate compliance, company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Profile
A successful National Sales Manager should have:
- Proven track record in sales leadership, within the Welding Industry, essential
- Strong ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple regions
- Strategic thinker with proven and strong commercial acumen
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven, with a passion for building long-term customer partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
