Enterprise Sales Director - Leadership Programs

As Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for winning, developing, and growing enterprise clients nationally. You'll lead the full sales cycle with senior stakeholders across government, corporate, and non-profit sectors, managing high-value, consultative deals from initial qualification through to program delivery.
This is a pivotal opportunity for a dynamic sales leader with a passion for business transformation and innovative people solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise client growth (public & private sector)
Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, solution mapping, negotiation, and close
Collaborate with delivery and product teams to align programs to client needs and market trends
Build deep, long-term relationships with HR, C-suite, and talent decision makers
Identify, qualify, and secure opportunities through tenders, commercial partnerships, and networks
Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and executive client meetings
Maintain expert awareness of workforce, capability, and learning and development trends
Champion the company's social enterprise mission in all market engagements
Demonstrated success in enterprise sales (consulting, workforce, SaaS, or talent solutions preferred)
Strong experience selling complex, consultative offerings to large organizations and government
Strategic, analytical approach—able to diagnose client needs and craft tailored solutions
Outstanding relationship management, communication, and negotiation abilities
Commitment to customer success, diversity, and progressive business practices
Experience in social enterprise or mission-driven environments
Knowledge of the leadership development, workforce strategy, or HR consulting landscape
Familiarity with public sector procurement and partnerships
