The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our Laverton North team. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for a proactive individual passionate about customer service and sales. You will manage customer inquiries, support sales targets, assist with customer stock planning, and provide timely reporting — all while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses
  • Assist customers with stock planning and order management
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tools
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and problem-solving
