Leon Cycle, part of Germany's Leisger Cycle Group, is expanding fast in Australia. We're looking for a
Regional Business Development Manager
to grow our presence across Victoria and Tasmania. This role isn't just about managing dealers—it's about opening new doors and building partnerships across multiple sales channels.

What you'll do:

  • Drive growth through traditional dealer networks
    and
    alternative channels such as membership organisations, employee benefit programs, government initiatives, and corporate partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue bulk sales and tender opportunities.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with existing and new B2B customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver on targets and market growth.
  • Provide regular market feedback to senior management and support cross-team operations.

What you'll bring:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Experience in micromobility /Sporting products B2B sales would be highly regarded.
  • Experience in developing new sales channels beyond retail (e.g. corporate, government, membership-based organisations).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales planning.
