About UsAt EAM Global Movers, we are a growing, Melbourne-based removalist business with a rapidly expanding fleet and operations. We specialize in residential and commercial relocations, packing services, storage coordination, and interstate moves. As we scale toward a 5-truck in-house model (plus subcontractor overflow), we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive lead conversions, build relationships, and increase profit margins.Role OverviewAs a Sales Representative, your primary mission is to convert inbound leads (via lead platforms, Google Ads, referral, and other channels) into booked removal jobs, while maximising revenue per job. You will also handle outbound prospecting to B2B partners (real estate agents, storage facilities, furniture retailers) for recurring contract work. You are the "front line" between prospects and operations — your performance directly impacts fleet utilisation and profitability.This position requires availability during business hours only.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming leads from platforms such as Hipages, Oneflare, Google Ads, etc.Contact prospects immediately (within 60–120 seconds) after lead generation to maximise conversion.Qualify leads (size/scope, access issues, timing, distance) and prepare accurate quotes.Close jobs at profitable rates, upselling packaging, unpacking, insurance, and add-on services.Maintain a CRM or quoting system: log all calls, follow-ups, and status updates.Follow up with leads that didn't convert (no-response, incomplete info) to convert later.Develop and nurture relationships with referral partners (real estate agents, storage companies, furniture stores).Support and negotiate B2B contracts (e.g. preferred mover agreements).Monitor and report on metrics: lead conversion rates, average job value, revenue per lead, pipeline, etc.Work with marketing to feed back insights (which suburbs, job types, channels are most profitable).Assist in periodic review of lead acquisition channels and recommend reallocation of spend.Occasionally assist in retention efforts: post-job follow-up calls, referral incentives, repeat booking offers.Requirements & SkillsPrevious sales or telemarketing experience (ideally in services, logistics, removals, or home services).Minimum 1+ years of sales or telemarketing experience is required.Strong phone communication skills — confident, clear, persuasive.Ability to multi-task: handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and quoting under time pressure.High sense of urgency and discipline (speed is critical in this role).Customer-centric mindset; ability to build rapport quickly.Basic understanding of margin, cost, and pricing logic (to avoid underquoting).Familiarity with CRM or quoting software (or willingness to learn).Good organisational skills and self-motivation.A reliable phone, and access to desktop/computer.Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights including all work visa categories.Performance Metrics / KPIsLead conversion rate (leads → booked jobs)Average revenue per jobNumber of jobs closed per week/monthUpsell / add-on revenue (packing, materials, etc.)Revenue from B2B / referral contractsLead response time (ideally < 2 minutes)Retention / repeat booking rateRemuneration & IncentivesBase hourly or salary component (e.g. $30–$40 p/h, depending on experience)Uncapped commission or bonus on each job closed (sliding scale for higher margin jobs)Additional bonuses for hitting monthly or quarterly targetsPotential for growth into Sales Team Lead or Business Development roleTraining, support, and leads provided
