About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Junior/Associate Project Manager
to support our project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, while contributing to business objectives and learning from experienced project leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the creation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports for management review.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within projects.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
