The Junior / Associate Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to develop project management expertise and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative Australian work environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables


• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones


• Coordinate tasks and communication among internal teams and stakeholders


• Track project progress, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery


• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes


• Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies


• Support process improvement initiatives and optimize workflows


• Ensure projects comply with company policies and Australian workplace standards

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field


• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management


• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)


• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana


• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities


• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and problem-solving skills
